On Telegraphe

Ouch, that was fast.

At this point - after the first summit and as the riders are cresting Telegraphe, there are two main groups that have emerged. Leading the Peloton of course, is Lance and the discovery group. They are joined by all the favorites but seem to be losing some time to a Alexandre Vinokourov (16th overal at 6:32), Oscar Pereiro (28th at 10:35) and Santiago Botero (11th at 5:20) led breakaway that is now nearly 3 minutes ahead of them.

However, the hard part is now starting and Armstrong still has 4 or 5 Discovery riders pacing him up the slopes.
