Lobster, Mmmmmmm

As you can see, Dad and I had a very very happy fathers day (even without the happy news I can't share).



The can of Budweiser is mostly for perspective. The lobster on the right was 8 3/4 pounds. The one on the left was 7 1/2 pounds.

We put each in a big 'ol lobster pot with about 3 inches of water, threw in some bay leaves, dumped in a can of budweiser, and steamed em up real good for 18 minutes.

Delicious
