O'Conner and Kelo

Sadly, I don't think I will be blogging much about either O'Conner or Kelo as it now looks like my employer will be involved in both fights. Oh well. The fight to replace O'Conner isn't surprising but I am a little concerned that we might get invovled in some of the Kelo legislative solutions.
