Happy Blogiversary To Me

Hey,

Its my blogiversary.

Yippeee. Just realized it tonight. Two years and 2,219 post ago this evening, on a cold snowy January night, Countertop Chronicles were born.

Its been an interesting couple of years as my traffic has steadily grown from next to nothing the first few months to its current pace of a few hundred reliable visitors a day.

Certainly more than I ever imagined.

Anyway, in addition to my Blogisversary I am also set to surpass 100,000 visitors in the next couple of hours (was less than 50 away when I checked). wouldn't it be cool to do it on the Blogiversary???
