In my short 34 years on the planet earth, there have been a total of 7 United States Presidents: Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush.

Of those 7 only two, Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton, can lay claim to having anything near widespread bi-partisan support. Its also those two who distinguished their presidency by one overriding trait, their ability to communicate. Heck, Ronald Reagan, the only one of the bunch who deserves mention with the likes of Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, and Teddy Roosevelt, was even known by the moniker The Great Communicator.

Communication is vital to any successful effort and at its heart, I believe it is what has failed this president . . . someone who would never been mistaken for the great communicator.
