Justice Ginsburg, speaking before a foreign audience in an African country with a history of suppressing the views of dissidents (and throwing political opponents into jail) complains about the 1st Amendment and essentially calls most Americans idiots for not understanding the nuanced thinking of the courts out of touch liberal members who illegally rely on foreign law and international court decisions.
