Remember the hysterics from the left over Janice Rogers Brown?

How they screamed and yelled that her "extreme anti-environmental record" ensured her a place next to George Bush and James Watt in the hall of Environmental Wrongdoers?

Justice Brown’s record in her judicial opinions, speeches, and her Judiciary Committee testimony is extreme and displays an amazing hostility to government safeguards that is especially disturbing for a nominee to a lifetime seat on this critical court.

So, what then is her environmental record since assuming a place on the D.C. Circuit last year?

Well, first she sided with enviros and decided to throw out the Bush NSR changes a couple of months ago. Then, this week, she again sided with the enviro's in sticking down EPA's Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) program which set forth annual averaging standards, not daily standards.

I wonder if they will ever admit they were wrong?
