Remember Lee Paige, that idiot cop who shot himself in the foot?

Yeah, well apparantly his so called career has been ruined because the world knows he isn't really the "the only person in the room professional enough to carry the weapon." He of course isn't blaming the person responsible for that - himself - but rather the Federal Government for not confiscating and supressing the private video of the presentation that was made and has been circulating around the internet.

You can check out a copy of his poorly drafted pro se complaint (meaning, he did it himself and couldn't find an attorney willing to take on the Justice Department) here at the Smoking Gun.

I don't expect this case to go beyond an initial motion for summary judgment. For one, it fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted - ie: he hasn't alleged a wrong doing on the part of the US Government. I guess he might be able to argue over whether a video of his public performance that wasn't recorded by the federal government is a record for purposes of 5 USC 522(a). I don't believe it is, but in either case its a question of law and not fact and therefore will be disposed of well before the trial (he seems to concede that is was filmed by a private, non federal government, party).
