The Crease has returned with their wine of the week and a good recipie.

Its actually a double the pleasure, double the fun episode.
First up is this recipie for Goat Cheese with OVen Dried Tomato.

Of course, that pairs well with a 2002 Thorn Clarke Shotfire Ridge Shiraz. Best thing about this episode is that at under $20 a bottle this is a wine that might even grace this cheapskate's countertop.
