Light Posting Day

I'm pretty busy preparing our first draft of comments on EPA's proposed Mercury Rule. I've got a bit of legal research to do today and lots of writting, so I won't be able to match my output of the last few days.

I have some issues to update and promise to get to everything this weekend.
