What's Good For The Goose . . .

Is good for the gander. Robert Racansky calls out the ACLU for the frauds they are over the Breathalyzer In Every Car bill that looks certain to become law in New Mexico.

The ACLU, of course is offended by this outrageous law. However, their reasoning in opposition of it is wholly incompatible with their given support for further restrictions on the access to firearms.

Namely, the ACLU believes "our view has never been that civil liberties are necessarily coextensive with constitutional rights. Conversely, I guess the fact that something is mentioned in the Constitution doesn't necessarily mean that it is a fundamental civil liberty."
