Grilled Corn on the Cob

This one's real easy.

Ingrediants

As many ears of SWEET WHITE CORN as you and your friends can eat.
1 Stick of butter

2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Alternatively, you can buy a prepackaged bottle of "Greek Seasoning".

If you are making your own Greek Seasoning, combine all the spices in an airtight container and shake till they are well mixed.

Get an ear of Sweet White Corn and gently peel back the husks (but do not remove them) removing the silk and exposing the kernels.

Rub the corn down with butter, add some salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with a healthy dose of greek seasoning.

Close the husks and then wrap each ear tightly in aluminum foil.

Place the grill over medium high heat 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.

Delicious - had it with dinner this evening.
