We finally did it. Hooray!!!!!!!!!!

We've reached a significant milestone as we have removed any risk that 1,000 murderers could have found their way out of prison to kill again.

My hope is that in the future the surviving victims (yes, the families of their victims are also victims) of these monsters will have more opportunity to pull the switch, inject the needle, or fire the bullet.
