Do you know what an Advent Calendar is?

Traditionally, they have been used to count the 24 days down to Christmas. These days, most come with pieces of chocolate or little prizes hidden behind them.

Here at the Countertop Chronicles, I am going to have a different take. From now until Christmas, this blog will become an Advent Calendar of sorts. Each day, there will be an image - a simple small image reminiscent of the Christmas season and spirit. If you click on that image, it will take you to a magical image of something worthy of gifting to another.
