Well, remember that upstanding and law abiding DC cop I mentioned the other day?

Turns out, he is more of a scumbag than I realized. It seems he knew the guy he shot and was renovating a house where the man lived and had recently filed a police report alleging that $1,360 in tools were stolen from the residence.

Judge, Jury and Executioner.

I guess thats just the status quo in D.C.
