I'd say all those terms are pretty descriptive of the so called Assault Weapons Ban, a morally bankrupt, failed attempt at destroying the Second Amendment, that broke the Democrats stranglehold on Congress but was ultimatly a broken piece of legislation which is done for and will fall flat on its face in 11 days as it goes bust, and its unbalanced dictates are undone, and wiped out. Consider it in receivership.
